OOC RULES
1. Be Respectful!
Treat your fellow players (and mod) how you'd want to be treated! Jokes happen, but we're all here to have a good time and that only works if we allow each other to have a good time! If you're having any problems with another player, please feel free to come to the mod and we can hash it out.
2. IC =/= OOC
You and your character are two separate entities! For the most part, anyway. The point is, don't let you the player bleed into your character, and don't take things said by other characters too personally! This is a murdergame, tensions can get high between characters - up to and including, you know, Whole-Assed Murder! Please keep that in mind, and don't take things said ICly too personally.
This also means that the things you know and the things your characters know are not the same pool! Don't try to use knowledge of other canons or players to inform your character's decisions, except obviously where appropriate with regards to player comfort levels. Let your character be your character and let you be you!
3. Stay active!
While this is obviously meant to be a more laid-back murdergame experience, you are still encouraged to put in activity! Weekly AC is still in place, and it's at a lower ten comments between one or two threads, it's still there! Obviously real life is a little turbulent right now, so pressure is purposefully low, but how are you going to lay awake Saturday night emotionally devastated over the tragic execution of a Disney princess without getting the cr with her? (If something serious does come up, please take it up with the mod! We can figure something out, the main goal here is fun, not stress!)
Investigations, for the record, will happen Friday, with trials happening Saturday! More info on that in the FAQ. Make sure you're around as much as you can be!

Keep your role a secret from other characters and players! The mystery only really works if it's actually a mystery, and it takes a village to keep one of those going.
5. Spoiler warning!
Look, characters do a lot of soul-baring in games like this, so information from your canon that the entry-level viewer/reader/etc might not know can spill out! While this is fine and dandy, if your character does start dropping those lategame character deaths or what have you, drop a tag in the comment header! Yes, even if your canon came out in 1934.
6. Code of conduct
Apart from the rest of this, there are some things that just aren't gonna fly here. I know this probably isn't your first murder rodeo, but please note that while some sensitive content is going to come up (but please warn for it if/when it does), making light of or joking about serious and sensitive subjects is strictly off-limits. Topics include but are not limited to rape, pedophilia, incest, abortions/miscarriages, or abuse (physical, verbal, emotional/mental, child, elder, spousal, animal, ANY KIND OF ABUSE). If you're reading this list and thinking "Hey Lyndon, what about jokes about ________," I can assure you the answer will be no. You'll get one warning, but two strikes and you're out of here and your character is getting an execution. We're here to have fun, just... please don't, alright?
