IC Rules (R3)
The following is posted in every room in a small, neat, bulletproof glass frame.
The following are the rules of the official New Rapture Advanced Citizenship Exercise. Please keep them in mind as you engage in any activities within the city.
1. The prospective citizens may stay within the available section of New Rapture as long as they like. There's no time limit on this thing.
2. A daylight cycle is going to be kept up so you don't all lose track of your circadian rhythms and get all sleepy and complacent. Every room has a clock, and the lights are on timers - nighttime's 10pm to 7am.
3. No falling asleep outside of your rooms. Come on, I gave you literal hotel suites, this one shouldn't be that hard. I'm not gonna kill you for it, though, obviously.
4. Prospective citizens can explore and do whatever they like in the space they're permitted in. Go nuts.
5. Do not attempt physical violence against any member of Rapture not involved in the exercise. You'll collectively get one warning, and you won't like what happens after.
6. Do not attempt to break any windows or walls. That's the ocean out there, wise guy, not clouds.
7. The only way to graduate out of this little program is to kill another prospective citizen and show initiative by getting away with it. Be careful, everyone else is gonna have a chance to figure it out!
8. Mayor Fontaine or staff may add or remove rules at any time.
